If you are entering into a partnership with K-Grub, including but not limited to franchise agreements, distribution deals, or other business collaborations, the following terms apply:

 

• Partnership Agreement: Any business partnership with K-Grub will be governed by a formal partnership or franchise agreement, which must be reviewed, signed, and agreed upon by both parties. This agreement will outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of each party, including terms of financial arrangements, operational guidelines, and use of branding.

• Branding and Marketing: Business partners must adhere to K-Grub’s brand guidelines and ensure that all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities align with our brand values and image. Unauthorized use of K-Grub’s logo, name, or other intellectual property is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted in the partnership agreement.

• Termination of Partnership: K-Grub reserves the right to terminate a business partnership if the partner violates any terms of the partnership agreement, engages in activities that damage the reputation of K-Grub, or fails to comply with local laws and regulations. In the event of termination, all rights to use K-Grub’s branding and intellectual property will cease immediately, and any outstanding payments or obligations must be settled according to the agreement.
